Our Policies

Cancellation Policy


We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients  as much as possible. Please see our cancellation policy below:

 Cancellation Timeframe:

  •  Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund with no charges.

  •  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.


How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your appointment, there will be a link on your confirmation email. You can use this link to cancel your appointment.

  • Otherwise, please contact us via email at info@neurowellbeing.co.uk

  • Ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation request from our team.


 Refunds:

  •  Refunds for cancellations made within the appropriate timeframe will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  •  The 50% cancellation fee for late cancellations will be deducted from your original payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 5-7 business days.


No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled service and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, it will be considered a late cancellation, and you will be charged 50% of the total service cost.


Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will not incur any fees. Requests made less than 48 hours before the service may be subject to availability and the 50% cancellation fee.

Zero Tolerance
 
At Neuro Wellbeing, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all our employees, customers, and partners. To ensure this, we have established a Zero Tolerance Policy that strictly prohibits any behaviour that undermines these principles.


Prohibited Behaviours include but are not limited to:

Discrimination and Harassment:

  • Any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favours, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature.

 Violence and Threats:

  •  Any act of violence or threat of violence towards another person, including physical assault, bullying, intimidation, or coercion.

  •  Verbal or written threats, including those made through electronic communications.


 Substance Abuse:

  •  Being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol


 Fraud and Dishonesty:

  •  Any act of fraud, deceit, or dishonesty, including falsification of documents, records, or reports.

  •  Misrepresentation of information or activities for personal gain or to the detriment of the company.


Consequences of Violations
Any violation of this Zero Tolerance Policy will result in assessment being terminated
